UNDO.games provides browser games, a player profile and an internal coin wallet. It is operated by Richard Remeš, sole trader, company ID 11744651, registered office Kmochova 3142/5, 400 11 Ústí nad Labem, registered in the Czech Trade Register, and co-operator Matěj Christián, sole trader, company ID 09575316, registered office Hradešín 221, 282 01 Hradešín, registered in the Czech Trade Register. The seller of coins, and your contracting party for every purchase, is Richard Remeš alone. Contact for both: studio@undocollective.cz.

In short: Coins are for playing. Not money, never staked.

Coins are an internal, non-transferable unit for playing time and cosmetics in UNDO.games. They are not money or electronic money: they cannot be exchanged back for money, paid out, transferred to another account or staked for anything of monetary value, and no win in UNDO.games can be turned into money. Each new profile gets a one-time welcome pack of 300 coins. Bought and earned coins are spent together at the rates shown before each action.

In short: Fixed packs, final prices, nothing random.

Coins are sold in fixed packs in the coin machine: 300 U for CZK 25, 650 U for CZK 49, 1,400 U for CZK 99, 3,000 U for CZK 199. Prices are final; the seller is not VAT registered. A pack always contains exactly the stated number of coins — no random content. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we never see or store card details. The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed and the coins are credited to your account immediately; Stripe e-mails you a payment confirmation and the purchase stays in your coin history. Players under 18 may buy coins only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

In short: Coins arrive at once, so there is no 14-day return.

Coins are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Before your first purchase you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code). If coins are not credited after a successful payment, write to studio@undocollective.cz and we will refund the payment. A purchase made without your knowledge (for example by a child) — write to us as soon as possible and we will resolve it individually.

In short: Refunded payment = coins taken back. If we close, you get money back.

If a payment is refunded or you dispute it with your bank, the corresponding coins are deducted from your account (the balance may become negative). Unused coins expire when you delete your account. If we ever shut down UNDO.games, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and refund unused coins bought within the previous 12 months pro rata.

In short: 13+ for an account. Keep your password safe.

An account may be created by a player aged 13 or over; younger players only with the consent of a legal guardian. Keep access credentials secure and do not interfere with games or other users. You can delete the account in Settings. The operators may restrict an account for fraud, security risks or serious rule violations.

In short: Something broke? Write us, sorted within 30 days.

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or events outside reasonable control. Send complaints (for example coins not credited or a game not working) to studio@undocollective.cz; we handle them without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. As a consumer you may use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
